• Malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Spam or unsolicited bulk email

Content Standards

We reserve the right to refuse hosting services for any content we deem inappropriate, offensive, or contrary to our values, at our sole discretion.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate contact information
• You are liable for all activity under your account
• Passwords must be kept confidential

5. Payment Terms

• Hosting fees are payable in advance
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by New Zealand consumer law
• Accounts may be suspended for non-payment
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

6. Service Availability

• We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible
• We are not liable for downtime beyond our reasonable control

7. Data and Backups

• You are responsible for backing up your data
• We may perform backups but do not guarantee data recovery
• We are not liable for data loss

8. Privacy

We collect and use personal information in accordance with New Zealand privacy laws.

9. Payment Processing and Data Sharing

• We may immediately suspend services for breach of these terms
• Upon termination, you have 30 days to retrieve your data

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be resolved in New Zealand courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
